Who else experienced this.
I'm finally over the sinus infection that kept me feeling ill.
I sure would like to look forward to feeling healthy.
I'd love to have a chat about sinusesDavid! And it is very on topic
since I am sure the congestion, if not the infection itself, was
caused by smoking! I am having trouble since February. I don't have
pain any more, just the uneasy feeling they're full all the time. What
are you doing to help yourself? I looked at sinus flooding and lately
discovered apple vinegar.

It was about when your cilia start wiggling again.
Do some folks get sick when they do?
Whether quitting smoking and/or Chanitx can lead to congestion.
What are you doing with the apple vinegar?
Drinking it, or flooding your sinus with it (I really feel stupid
asking that)?
