Em! I look forward to reading your posts as you sail on to the runway
of smobriety using Chantix. My impression from all the posting about
Chantix so far is that it really does seem to put out the fire as far
as the urge/crave to smoke goes. You are totally right. There NEVER
is a good time to quit. You just have to decide to do it and then
make it stick. Do post here as much as you can as I think you find
that putting into writing what you are experiencing helps to make it
more concrete and part of you. As to the dentist. Excellent idea!
When you have them cleaned this time, you realize they won't be yellow
by the next cleaning and that really is yet another perk to smobriety!
