Your meter looks great Sue ;)
Maybe soon we can try losing a 'little' weight again (or is that no
gain <bg>)

The whole weight thing depresses me. I might have to get a larger
size in undies. *That's* bad!! I have developed Dunlap's disease.
:o(
Before I quit I weighed about 125 to 130 pounds. I went up to 150 at
the time that we decided to take control. I lost maybe 6 or 7 pounds,
but now I've gained that back plus some. I weigh 153 pounds. My
cardiologist assured me that this is doing *much* less harm than the
smoking. I knew that, but I look fat!!

Tsk, tsk fancy going back on the Jelly Bellies :(

It's kept me away from all the chocolate that the supervisors keep at
their desks to calm the restless masses (us). Now, I always ate the
really dark chocolate on account of the anti-oxidants. :o)

Now what was our weight Mantra?

I don't remember. Something about "we quit smoking, we can do this,
too"? Well, that didn't work out too well. I think I used up all my
determination with the smoke quit.

I noticed your *not* smoked is a little more than mine

I was a serious smoker. A pack to a pack 1/2 a day.

One year, six months, 9 hours, 23 minutes and 58 seconds. 13659
cigarettes not smoked, saving £3,059.55. Life saved: 6 weeks, 5 days,
10 hours, 15 minutes.

Excellent meter with your OFHOF!!

Cheers
Barbara

How was your vacation? Did you go back to the same place as last
year?
Sue

Have you lost your meter Sue ;^) ?
I can't see it <bg>
Haven't you got a milestone coming soon?
Hugs
Barbara

I don't know about the milestone. Not sure what actually counts for
one. Here's my meter. Just for you, Barbara:

One year, four months, four weeks, two days, 19 hours, 39 minutes and
18 seconds. 17088 cigarettes not smoked, saving $2,845.16. Life saved:
8 weeks, 3 days, 8 hours, 0 minutes.

Well if we're talking monthly milestones Sue (and I think everyone
should count)
looks to me that you're probably 17 months smober now ;O)
So many many congrats Sue and over 17000 *not* smoked is
awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's over 1000 times a month you 'haven't' lit up,
Hugs
Barbara

Oh, looky there. It *is* an even 17 today. Thanks, Barbara. That
number not smoked always amazes me. I haven't ever tried to figure
out how many I smoked. <brrrr>
Thanks again, Barbara. I'm afraid I've fallen off the Jelly Belly
wagon and have been indulging since last week. I was getting so into
chocolate that I figured maybe the bean wouldn't be so bad. I dunno.
It's *all* bad. :o(
Sue
One year, five months, 19 hours, 38 minutes and 39 seconds. 17120
cigarettes not smoked, saving $2,850.65. Life saved: 8 weeks, 3 days,
10 hours, 40 minutes.
