reason: Because I was upset, and I wanted to hurt myself, and that was
the best thing I could think of -- or the only thing I could allow
myself to do.
Whatever it is that's happened, I'm sorry that you're having to deal
with it. Do know that everyone here loves you and cares about you.
Don't be embarrassed; we've all been there, and even if we haven't
been there, we know we're never far away.
Don't let a moment of weakness destroy your resolve, and don't think
that you're back at square zero. Get back on that horse. You know you
