That's normal for where you are in your quit. Hang tough and these too
will pass. One suggestion is when you do have that kind of dream, as
soon as possible after waking brush your teeth to remove the memory of
the taste in your mouth. Many memories are triggered by sensory
events, so the sooner you can clear the sense that triggered the
memory the better.
One thing I learned of note is that if you are using the patch and
wear it while you sleep you get dreams like you've never had before.

The first smoking dream of my quit was so real last night that I really.
thought I had busted my quit! Even for those first few seconds after I
woke up, I thought that I had smoked. It was not a pleasant experience.
Then I realized that I was in bed and hadn't smoked and it was ok. It
did hit home again that this is one powerful addiction.

I haven't smoked in 3 Weeks, 1 Day, 4 hours and 12 minutes. The TC and
the taxman didn't get $110.86 of my money. The TC gets to keep 443
sickarettes and I get to live an extra 1 Day, 12 hours and 55 minutes.
