WTG Marvie. The dentist is the best place to go for ex-smokers.
Be aggressive yourself with brushing and flossing- all that you can do to reverse the bacteria that will rot your teeth.
Ex-Smokers cannot deny they have abused their mouth.
I know it is expensive, but I want to keep my teeth and not resort to those factory produced models. ***. I hate wearing glasses!!!

One small cavity after likely 5 to 6 years since my last visit.

Yeah, I hate seeing The Dentist but I'm about to start going twice a year. The cleaning was good but brutal. Didn't need freezing but they were pretty aggressive.

Remember to floss every day too - it makes a difference on the discomfort scale.

I thought of you guys when I was there -- the ol' Dental Phobia. I was OK tho ... likely too tired to worry. Worked late and had to be at the appt. for 1:50 PM.

This evening Mrs Android has a CTScan scheduled for 8:00 PM in The City Hospital which I'll be taking her too. One quick swim then to bed for a short rest. Hoping tonight is a bit quieter at work.

My teeth feel great tho ... so it was worth it. And to avoid this kind of discomfort again, I will be flossing daily and seeing The Dentist regularly.

Cheers and Hugs,
Marvin
