Yes, it is getting easier for me, Becky.
I haven't really had any what I would call really "bad" craves. I
have had some times when I would think how good a cigarette would taste,
but I then would remind myself that I don't WANT or HAVE to smoke any
more and then get busy thinking about something else and it goes away.
My lungs feel clearer and I feel like I'm breathing sooooo much better
now
(and I didn't have a probolem breathing before)
but now it just seems so much better.
