That's a wonderful idea...! It's also very important to recognize and
reward yourself when you reach certain milestones. You're doing so well
with this quit and have set a wonderful example of how attitude plays such
an important role in your healing. Keep up the good work Becky
Yes,it seems lie the perfect reward. I am looking forward to this weekend so
much!!I really want my atitude to stay good even thru the rough spells.
My favorite quote:
"Most of us conditioned ourselves to believe that withdrawal and recovery
are hurt and horror instead of healing and hope." ~John Polito
I love this quote! It is a good reminder to me that quittings doesnt have
to be a grim miserable experience of self-deprivation,but rather a kind
thing that I have done for myself.

Hi Quitters!!
Here's what Im gonna do with my quit money:
Every time my meter shows a 20 dollar increase,20,40 etc Im gonna put
aside 20 dollars for a little trip out of town to Williamsburg I am
taking October 20-22. That will pay for my room and food. So about every
3 1/2 days I can add to it. It will be fun to see how it adds up!
Becky
Three days, 18 hours, 12 minutes and 19 seconds. 225 cigarettes not
smoked, saving $22.55. Life saved: 18 hours, 45 minutes.
