Sorta craving tonite. It will pass. I wont give in. I feel edgy but not
rationalizing . Im sorta have a healty fear of slipping and that is keeping
me on my toes. Im using the lozenges,posting here,praying,drinking
liquids(nonalcoholic) and soon will go to bed. Another day smokefree draws
to a close.Im so glad this ng is here! It is fun to see the humor and the
kind support that goes on here.

As long as they're silent, no one can identify you as the source. Just
hold your breath for a bit or move away from the point of discharge and
let someone else take the credit.

If you know it's going be a loud one move close to someone, discharge
and smile a slightly embarrassed smile towards that person while you
move away quickly.
