Ok....to date I've saved $3560.68 by not smoking for the last year and a
bit. Of that, I spent $2399 on gifts to myself for my one year
anniversary. That left me with $1161 in the pot of which I spent $1450 for
vet bills this week.

I had fun spending the first years savings on myself, but in light of this
past week, I've decided to donate my no-smoking money to my pets rather
than myself.

I've never denied my pets any health care, and have always ensured that
there are enough funds to cover vet care...however, at this point in their
lives, they need my money more than I do.

Anyway...point is..how many pets are out there that *don't* get proper
care due to lack of funds, while their owners smoke and/or drink and/or
drug away the family paychecks?

Do me a favour - would ya? Please give your dog (or other pet) a hug
