yeah, my workout results have been rather interesting.

I was getting some minor man boobs developing and I starting doing the Hindu
pushups and my chest went flat within a week. (no kidding)

Like you said, my stomach area is the last area on my body with fat on it.
But all the same, it was the only area that I wasn't really working out
either so we'll have to see.

Mr. Furey mentions that fat never sticks around a muscle that gets regular
exercise so I'm going to see how true that is.

Abs are pretty much my weak spot, never really had to work them out before,
they usually took care of themself.

Used to have an ex that would punch me in the stomach all the time cause she
knew it wouldnt hurt me and I'd sit there and laugh. If she were to do that
today i'd probably be doubled over in pain lol.

I do have Combat Abs but I had an idea the other day and going to see if it
works. I'll keep you posted.

As far as Arnold goes, we'll have to get a new mascot. Its a shame what
politics have done to him. It's just that Arnold's name is so universal,
there's not too many ppl that don't know who he is.

Am kinda curious what your plan of attack is and if it works. What
worked for me is 'basic ab workout for dummies' and another eight
minute workout and pilates. Nope, pilates isn't just for bored residential
mums and it's not gay. The guy who invented it trained boxers and it is
all about your mid section. Do 8 to 10 minutes a day for a while and
reduce the frequently when you are content. Like right now it is so warm
in Holland I will skip my abs coz I can't be arsed.

Mind you though. If your abs grow under a layer of fat, you'll look
like you have a beer gut for a while. Been there, done that. Worked
my ass off to end up looking fat. It's just a temp thing, your lean muscle
mass will eat away the body fat over time. If you eat sensibly that is.

Ohh, one more thing. The gut often is the last place the fat will stick
to. Works like that in men. Same as fat often will stick to womans
hips. If you want to get rid of fat fast be careful with diets. A lot of
diets will make your body think it is starving and will slow your
metabolism and make your body want to keep all the fat it has. It
is easier to do 20 to 30 minute cardio workouts 3 times a week,
coz the body accepts a cal shortage that way better than a cal
shortage created by a lower cal intake. Don't ask me why, google
it if you want to go nuts. Coz you will. Way to much info, lol.

I'll bet if you keep doing what you're doing the tummy will go
sooner or later anyway. A lot of martial artists do not even bother
to workout the abs separately coz you'll work them out doing
other exercises anyway. All the best,

Yeah, should've saved all that money in pennies. I'd be like Ahnold by
now if I had.
I'm still working out but at a lesser intensity atm. Still trying to
figure out how to get rid of my gut. Toned everything else but my lil'
gut just wants to hang around. Trying a new plan of attack though, we'll
see if it works.
