DOF plus One

Hi all,

Time for my once a year posting.

Yep it's three years today! Been through a painful split with my (ex)
girlfriend. Taken on a high pressure IT contract (I'm self employed) and I
keep it going through thin and thin. And through it all I haven't reached
for a smoke. Seems strange to even talk about smoking now, but I know I can
NEVER go back and light up again.

Last year someone said (sorry if you're reading this I don't remember your
name) to go forward and never look back well that has been my motto for the
past 12 months.

And now there will a ban on smoking in public places in England I don't see
the point in starting again anyway.
