BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD

O.k., so I gave the new mood meds a fair shot for 5 weeks. After a
consult with the Doc this week we've decided these are not the ones for
me due to fatigue, headaches, irritability, inability to sleep etc...I
will now spend the next week scaling down from these, and at my
suggestion, try to go it without any kind of med at all. Doc was not
overly optimistic about my ability to be successful in this regard but
agreed that I've made significant lifestyle changes in the past 5
months and perhaps my mind is adapting to new ways and just maybe I
would be fine without anything, and at the very least I deserved an
opportunity to find out. It was also agreed upon that this is not a
dangerous experiment and one whose results would be clear in short
order, (2 weeks+/-). As usual the Mrs. has my back and will be an
honest sounding board for my progress or regress. As for my employees
at the restaurant, I would like to have the BDU on standby just in case
these meds I was taking were the only thing keeping some of them alive.

I started out on burgundy
But soon hit the harder stuff......

.......I'm going back to New York City
I do believe I've had enough.
