My meter is counting down to day 4:

Three days, 20 hours, 45 minutes and 56 seconds. 77 cigarettes not
smoked, saving $19.32. Life saved: 6 hours, 25 minutes.

Today was far better than yesterday, partly because I got a lot of good
sleep, and partly because I've been so busy that I haven't been able to
think/obsess much about smoking. Muscle aches are also mostly gone too.

Unfortunately I have been so buried in work, I've barely had time to
eat much today. I'm realizing that hunger makes the cravings a million
times worse. Or, it's always that I've only been hungry, but instead of
eating, I smoked.

At any rate, I need to get to the grocery store too because there's not
much to eat around here. So I was wondering if everyone could suggest
their favorite food to munch on while quitting?

Do not, under any circumstances, get hooked on Jelly Bellies. <sigh>
So sayeth I 20 pounds later.
