if you wont something bad enough

I want it I want it I want to go on my course and do well on it. Regardless
of all the doc restriction, I just follow them (one of them is don't smoke)
and I should be fine.

Appearantly smoking works as an anti depressant but once of it and started
again it can act the opposite. Oh well better listen to all of you guys and
don't smoke.

I'll try my best not to have that one smoke. sigh.....

I am off to my course now.

play nicely and don't smoke, if I can't smoke you can't smoke. You are all
my Heros I look up too.
