Cat, honey, Yup, yup, yup. Henry & I have been touting this for about a
year. I think the good news is that since you are quit, you have a
chance to reverse the process. Blood flow to the gums is restricted
when you smoke, and even though the teeth "look good", it's the gums
that have the problem - and they are what keep your teeth in your
mouth! Just keep w/the program - don't smoke, get a good toothbrush (I
recommend a SonicCare), floss EVERY DAY, and even get and use a water
pic(k) two or three times a week. It worked for me, and I'm older than
you are and had smoked for longer too. It's not hopeless, but get on
top of it NOW. Don't wait until you lose your teeth (like Henry did,
poor baby.)
