Hi Marv and family, hope the new cleaning lady is working out for you and
you can all get a bit more rest.

Well I'm not actually stiff, but certainly a little more tired and rushed.

Our new Cleaning Lady starts this Friday.

I will not clean up the house before she gets here. I will not clean up
the house before she gets here. I will not clean up the house before she
gets here. I will not clean up the house before she gets here. I will not
clean up the house before she gets here.

Friday's are perfect. Right before the weekend too so if company comes on
Saturday, the day's not spent in a panic rushing the kids and myself
around with the vacuum and picking up stuff left-right-and-center.

That is one thing I will insist on tho is that the floors are picked up.
Also Mrs. Android is now on a major 'decluttering' drive which is good --
I can find the boxes to give away if she wants to fill them. Knick knacks
are dust collectors IMO.

Work is really good. The people are good. The work is certainly not too
mentally challenging or demanding at this point. I can leave work at work
and not worry about it. Coming home for lunch breaks up the day perfectly
and the days seem to fly by -- no clock watching -- yesterday in
particular, it was the last hour of work and I had forgotten we already
had done the afternoon break -- a great surprise.

I'm taking St. John's Wort to help with the slight distress of saying 'Ta
Ta' to Mr. Beer. I know it was certainly a habit and one that I need to
slap down and put a leash on. I still enjoy beer but lately I've felt my
fondness for it growing, which is not good. Plus after all the exercising
and stuff, the beer gut's still there (!!) so I figure it's easy weight
loss by giving it a break. The summer's coming, the pool will be opened in
the next couple of weeks -- weather permitting -- and the weekend's will
offer me a more opportune time to relax with a late evening beer. The
day's are getting busier with the arrival of Spring and Summer.

Yesterday after work I had to cut the front lawn. The mower started on the
third pull -- yeaaaaaaaaa!

Tomorrow I have the afternoon off to take Mrs. Android to the
rhuematologist to see what can be done with regards to her pain. This is
The Doctor that can actually try to help and speed up her recovery or help
releive the discomfort.

So anyhow that's it. An update.

Off to do yoga. No gym till tomorrow.

Love ya's!

Cheers!
