April,

You really need to get some sleep. Every problem you have will be
amplified by lack if it. It should be very high priority. I have a
couple of suggestions, but I'm not sure what is available since it
appears you are across the pond. :)

A) Melatonin - Its the best and gentlest, IMHO. It doesn't make you
groggy in the morning. You will need a minimum of 3mg and maybe up to
6mg to be effective. I've seen it sold in 1mg does. Skip that. You
will find it in a with vitamins and such. Don't let that turn you
off. Unlike a lot of stuff there, it's a powerful drug.

B) Sominex/Benadryl. - It really an antihisamine, Diphenhydramine. I
had to use this when the Melatonin wasn't strong enough. It will make
you a little groggy, but you will get uninterrupted sleep.

C) Trazodone - Prescription in the US. Extremely effective, but not
habit forming
