I am okay, I made it through the stage where I just wanted to pull my hair
out and kick and shout. Its now nearly 8pm and im still smoke free, shop
shuts in 2 minutes so it looks like I have made another day.

One day, 20 hours, 26 minutes and 53 seconds. 27 cigarettes not smoked,
saving £6.91. Life saved: 2 hours, 15 minutes.
