Just time for a quick flash. Been running hard and fast with work and
getting the new house in order. Still clean. In a bit of a pissing match
with my employer over end-of-year bonus. You know, the kind of
aggravation that used to generate at least a pack and a half a day until
it blew over. Getting through it without the smokes. And not missing it
much.
For the newbies -- IT CAN BE DONE. I was a pack a day -- and sometimes
more -- for 45 years. For those who led me down this path of
righteousness, you are my heroes.
And remember -- there's no such thing as just one.
