LTOQ - Less Than One Quarter Club

(it is a play on Oz & Jsteam's & my original LTOW - Less Than One Week
Club -
musical interlude inserted here, musing back on days gone by,
commending us on how far we have come).

One month, one week, four days, 51 minutes and 46 seconds ago I made a
Decision.
Honoring that Decision means an estimated 328 cigarettes I have not
smoked, saving $125.98, not to mention 1 day, 3 hours, 20 minutes of my
life.
