I am 50.
Does anyone know why smokers from around 35 onwards cough up
phlegm (smoke lodged fibers in the lung) yet younger smokers (whose
lungs one would think would reject smoke instantly) dont seem to get
these symptoms etc.
I cough-up constantly, and I still smoke.
Shouldnt the lung be telling the 'new smoker' instantly that it doesnt want
this stuff in its area of functionality?

Re: Smoking ... Most smokers worry about this, ... It doesn't matter if the smoker is being considerate and not smoking around these folks, or if the smoker is in the designated smoking area. ... Maybe if we looked at why people smoke in a serious way, we could do something to end the madness. ...
