Well done for taking that first difficult step - I did it 10 days ago
after 14 years of smoking, so I know what its like, and many people on
this group are in their first couple of weeks of quit and can relate to
your situation very well. Others on this group are longer-term
quitters who inspire us all that it IS possible.

I'm not sure about the Meters, I wrote my own in Perl - but someone
here will be able to tell you where.
