I'm quit now since 4th December last ( with a small abberation onYes. I even went to the doc, he said it was my lungs finally coming back to
January1st).
My chest has felt fine up to now - no phlegm, no coughing, and improved
breathing.
I've just noticed in the past few days that I have started to get up
the phelgm even though I don't have a cold or a cough. Is it possible
that this could be a delayed reaction to quitting smoking? Anyone else
got an experience like this.
life & that it could even be a bit painful at times. If it gets bad, go see
your doc.
Cheers on you for quitting!
