I have done this many times before and this is the easiest yet -- because I want it this time. I find now I have the right attitude that
four days has actually been quite easy going and I am enjoying the
weird counter-buzz dizzyness and stomach flutters -- its weird, I can
feel myself getting cleaner and feeling the Withdrawel is actually
encouraging.
Been smoking for 18 years --- but for the first time I am declaring
that I WILL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN! .... only difference is I mean it this
time, and knowing I am done - as apposed to 'giving it a shot' has made
this whole thing easier.
