A true test of "one day at a time". It sounds like you've been around
the block a few times, so this may be more of a reminder than anything.
I know it's helped me a few times over the last three months (my
longest quit, IIRC). If you get to where you want one (and you will),
just say to yourself, "self, I may smoke tomorrow. If I still want one
in the morning, I'll decide whether to smoke or not. But I will *not*
smoke today."

When you get up tomorrow, chances are that you won't. At least you've
got a chance to prepare and it won't catch you by surprise like, say,
if you're walking along a road and find 1/2 pack of unsmoked cigs like
I did yesterday.

And, you have an *excellent* start on it with your 4.5 day head start
on this evening.
Happy New Year, and as Joyce would say,

Be strong. Don't smoke. Not even one. Especially not one.

Cheers,
