A true test of "one day at a time". It sounds like you've been around
the block a few times, so this may be more of a reminder than anything.
I know it's helped me a few times over the last three months (my
longest quit, IIRC). If you get to where you want one (and you will),
just say to yourself, "self, I may smoke tomorrow. If I still want one
in the morning, I'll decide whether to smoke or not. But I will *not*
smoke today."
When you get up tomorrow, chances are that you won't. At least you've
got a chance to prepare and it won't catch you by surprise like, say,
if you're walking along a road and find 1/2 pack of unsmoked cigs like
I did yesterday.

And, you have an *excellent* start on it with your 4.5 day head start
