I used to wait tables - I once had a pair of snide bitches at one of my tables (almost closing time and they were the last table.) They were so catty and condescending that I smacked one of them on top of the head with the menu 2x. I shocked the kaboolies right off her chest!!! Talk about drama - she screamed and cried and I purred "oooh what is wrong? How can I help you?" <as I smiled ever so sweetly!>

Boss came out and they were screaming and carrying on and I just shook my head and crossed my arms. I looked at my boss and said "Oh them Poor things!!"
