| I reminded myself that "One little puff" is all it would take to make me
| erase my gorgeous looking quit meter......and my, even though I say it
| myself, that baby is looking mighty fine....mighty fine indeed!!!

| Also, I thought...well if I take one puff now...it will be easier next
time

| I handled it well last time and so on etc etc!!!! STOP!!!!

| Reality check. Since I stopped smoking I no longer need to go and stand
| outside places for a fix (expecially in this cold weather...us Brits can't
| handle really cold weather...and don't get me started on snowing in
| England!!)

| When I go on holiday in a couple of weeks I will have a lovely clean smoke
| free hotel room, my clothes will be lovely and fresh ....and so will I ;D

| There are loads of other reasons too......but these will do for now!
|
