got me!........................................however I do have yoga class
Monday and Thursday and I missed this Mondays class. when you quit smoking
you have to say to yourself...' I will not smoke any more, regardless of
what life throws at me'. it's a commitment that you make to yourself and you
have to stand by it or the ***'s going to hit the fan. my yoga class runs
twice a week and although I try to make both classes I have made a
commitment to myself to go to at least one. when I said ..>> yoga class
tonight can't miss it!.....I really meant it, I'd be letting myself down.
it's a bit like the 'I'll just have one cig' routine. I'd miss one week,
something would come up next week and before I knew it a month would go past
and I'd start thinking 'can't be bothered I'll start again next year' etc.

anyway enough of that stuff. I also happen to be in a wonderful relationship
which I cherish and would not want to try and explain why I took of to Kent
to see some babe I just met on the internet! I like my bits and have no
desire to see them nailed to a tree.
