Looking at an apartment. 295 a month everything included. I will be back to scraggling for furniture but worth checking out. 55 dollars a month cheaper and don't have to pay electric. If it's decent i may pick it up.Think this one may be a negative. I see you truly get what you pay. And why the hell don't landlords clean up the places before they advertise. It is a big apartment, and it's well worth 295 so i'm taking another look at it sunday, but the chances of me taking it pretty slim i think. Damnest thing too the apartment is large, has a dilapitaded bed and entertainment. I need the bed though, but the bed is rather gross. Then i'm stuck with all this space and no furniture. Plus you have to share a bathroom with the other upstairs person. WTF.. Apartment is large but has no bathroom.

It's definitely worth the 295 so i'm taking another look at it sunday once it's cleaned to see if she did any justice to the place.
Think i'm going to have to find something furnished though. Even if i gotta pay 350 or so or more. There are really nice apartments in norway which is 10 mile drive to work they are 400 a month but they are really nice, nice furniture, great landlord. I just know this by word of mouth but i've heard from alot of people. But i don't wanna be stuck with the drive especially if my piece of *** breaks down, then i'm stuck with no piece of *** to get to work. I can't really call the credit card companies and tell them i'm not paying the bills for a month to get a new car or get my car fixed. Can't shake the money. I wanna play this whole thing smart so in two years from i have this debt way more under control and can start thinking about buying a house, buying nice furniture, vehicle, stuff like that for myself. As alway, things take time. And if i don't find an apartment immediately i'll stay here time being. I just won't shower here unless i necessarily feel the need to on sunday. I can shower at work. I get stuck with a gushing faucet again all hell breaks lose again. For more of the story just go back a couple weeks i had some posts on what happened when i moved in my apartment. Now that kind of cleared but i'm stuck with a situation once the faucet gushes again, or plumbing goes i'm stuck with a landlord who is either unable financial/or unwilling/ or both to fix what needs to be fixed. She even said the faucet gushes your going to have to move out/she'll have to move out/other tenant will have to move. Probably not legal but if she abandon the house that's her problem/ and even if it did come down to it i get stuck without water for how long while i'm looking for a place to stay no thanks.
But i'm not grabbing the first thing i find. I wanna find a decent apartment, preferably furnished. But of course, now, there aren't any furnished in the paper. A week ago there were. Go figure.
