I have used *melatonin to regulate my internal clock and valerian root to
knock myself out (both from a health food store)
at one point in time I even drank regular doses of Nyquil with a nip extra
included (that was early in my quit) - lack of sleep can destroy alot of
quit smoking work - and not make your quit easy either. You have to get a
handle on this sleep thingee ASAP. There are certain medical conditions
where you should not take melatonin - see here:

Valerian: http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Valerian.asp
best to Zzzzzzzzzzz's soon
