Yep, I got lots of advice about her. She "went broody" which means her
hormones kicked in, she quit laying eggs and started sitting on 'em. We
took hers away so she sat on the other hen's. We brought them in so she sat
on the fake eggs. Until today she would jump up when I came real close...
we decided to let her hatch them. I went to mark them with a marker and she
wouldn't move. She didn't peck me (lucky for her) but she wasn't moving
either. 20 days until chicks hatch!

Who is "dressing" then hens for you?
