Posting My Small, but not that Small, Three's ...

Three months, three weeks, three days, 3 hours, 45 minutes and 7
seconds. 5210 cigarettes not smoked, saving $781.52. Life saved: 2
weeks, 4 days, 2 hours, 10 minutes.

I also posted my 2's, (and I believe my 1's), but as I think about it,
these should be noted as, "Small 3's," or whatever, because it would
be the 3yrs, 3months, 3weeks, 3days that would be your Bigs.

In any case it is hard for me, looking back, to believe that I
survived all the sufferings that I went through getting to my 1's and
then my 2's...the headaches, the insomnia, the days of almost
catatonic sleeping, the lack of energy, the flatulence....damn it was
a miserable process.

And yet here I am on the other side of somewhere, some divide and
still going forward.

As can you.

All of this gets significantly easier as time goes...by, as you build
up a reservoir of success.

I can't answer for tomorrow...but today I'm good.

As can be you also.
