Figure out how much you would've paid for cigarettes in a week and have that
amount direct deposited from your paycheck into a new account, one that you
won't use for anything else. Use that ONLY to pay off your debts. Start with
the card that has the highest interest and/or balance. Work on that one
until it's down to zero, cut up that card and then move on to next highest
interest/balance card and repeat.
When you knock off all your cards, DO NOT CHARGE anything anymore (unless
you can handle a monthly c. card like American Express and only use it for
essentials like gas or food).
Keep the direct deposit going and build up the amount in bank account.....
OR stop dir deposit going into bank account and open up an account at
sharebuilder.com.
Have same amount of money direct deposited into that instead.
Pick stocks that are going to do good for the long haul (do your own
research, pick what you're comfortable with)
Wait for Real Estate crash in a few more years, buy one or two multi-unit
investment properties and be a millionaire by the time you retire.
