The "just one" crave was especially wicked while I was in Denver.
Some of the worst craves of my quit were over the past two weeks.  I
didn't smoke, though.  My quit remains intact.

I have been smober Nine months, three weeks, four days, 21 hours, 25
minutes and 44 seconds.  I quit smoking September 29, 2004 at 3:00PM
EST. 17933 cigarettes not smoked, saving $2,107.19. Life saved: 8
weeks, 6 days, 6 hours, 25 minutes.
