Back in the year 2000, I took colostrom (sp)capsules for a while :) If memory serves me right, the pain I was having in my hand joints, disappeared, after taking 3 caps per day for 1 week, then 2 caps per day for 1 week, then 1 cap per day for 1 week. Can't remember when I stopped taking them - probably when I thought I smelt like milk :) (and the pain had gone).
I do remember buying the capsules at discount from a dairy company :)
Another MS lady up north, had symptom relief by using the capsules.
