So getting infected with parasitic worms can help rebalance your

I'm not sure I buy all this. I grew up on a farm with tons of dogs,
cats, farm animals and lots of dirt. We thought nothing of sitting in
the mud wallow and playing with the piglets. I'd always sleep with at
least one dog and cat. But maybe it wears off and you need new dirt
ingestion periodically?
It's not just any old worm. You need a whipworm infection. Dogs, pigs
and cats don't have the same whipworms as humans. I think they come
from some uncooked grains rather than animals.
