Hi all
Thank you for your patience. I've been doing some more Googling, and was
looking at this site
http://www.faceofms.org/index.php . I've been reading a
lot of the stories of people's diagnoses, and their treatment. It seems to
be a US based site, but it's triggered a question for me.... A lot of these
people seem to be having regular scans to check the size, number of their
lesions. I don't have any records of my guy having any check up scans
(although I realise the cost of MRI and CAT scans to the NHS is phenomenal)
and I just wondered if we did that in this country (UK).
I know it might seem like I'm fussing, but he's literally only just turned
40 a few weeks ago. I can't stand the though of him living another 40 years
or so in such a decline. There has to be a higher quality of life for him.
