My gastro-intestinal doc recommended Miralax & Citrucel(sp?). It works
well for me, and without irritation or 'urgency'. One tablespoon of
each, in a big glass of water, or juice, whatever you like.

Probably, have different names
I need more data to identify medicinal equivalent
