pretty much any insurance coverage will do this
perhaps it's a bit unfair to focus on walmart, the situation is one that
is faced regardless of where one works. it's easy to blame walmart, much
harder to have the time and energy to promote systemic change including
all those whose stories don't make the news.

They expect us not to shoplift at their stores, and then, our respect
for moral responsibility is returned in kind with this type of
treatment of a disabled and destroyed life? A brain damaged woman,
whose son was killed in Iraq, their dedicated employee, must now
absolutely have WalMart's vicious corporate lawyers kick her while she
is down? Over a few dollars that make absolutely no difference to
WalMart's bottom line whatsoever?
