ViewZone asked me to write a story about the Mayan Calendar. There is
a common belief that the calendar holds a prophecy that the end of the
world will happen in 2012. At the time, I knew very little about the
whole topic and when I began doing the research. I like to think I had
an open mind. My investigation began with mainstream archaeology and
the expert interpretations of the calendar. But it soon took a turn
that made my hair literally stand on end. I am now convinced that

Weighing th evidence on this Mayan calendar .. bit .. I spent a few
hours reading up on this and this theory goes back all the way to the
belief in the .. Cross.
The theory goes as to the year 2012 there is going to be an alignment
of the planets which allows for a burst of solar radiation.

The evidence to date .. I've found .. is .. two days ago I read an
article in which this Nasa scientist has calculated we are due for a
solar storm in .. in .. 2012 ..

Whether it is the same solar storm forseen for a few centuries .. IE:
Cathars / cross .. x .. marks the spot .. is another matter.
