Re: gg i v

Sorry late to reply Steve,
I was givin IVI Gammaglobulin,2 consecutive days a month for 8 and a half
yrs, athough not really a well known treatment.

I can say that during those 8 and a half yrs,it certainly worked for me,only
having 3 mild excabations during that time, which were less severe than
previous attacks.
Ive had RRMS for 18 yrs ,in the earlier days used to have severe
attacks, without mention, steroids being the first treatment, then changed to
azathioprine because of an adverse reaction to the steroids ,Gammaglobulin
was a last resort treatment to try for me really,Rebif bein the last, which i
do recieve now, reason being that after 8 and a half yrs,i had 2 excabations
within 6 months so neuro then prescribed me Rebif.
I am Glad i had Gammaglobulin,as i said,it worked for me anyway,more get up
and go so to speak.
