Hi again,

I keep reading that in PPMS that are no relapses it's just a continued
progression of diasability. So what does that mean? Can you provide me
with some of your own PPMS examples (inital symptom(s)) and how long
it took to spread?

Thx

Hi there,
I have PPMS for 21 years, and it's progression has been SLOW, GRADUAL, and BORING, and that's just the way I like it :) If I MUST have this MS beast, then slow advancement, with no relapses, at least gives you heaps of time to deal with each symptom, or situation.
My initial symptoms were my eyesight dimming, and walking feeling not quite "right". And overall, its taken 21 years of progressing (so far). I can still walk (shuffle) and drive a car.
As other posters here have said "everyone is different".
