Over the last ten years, I've been back and forth between almost not
walking to walking almost normally.
So yes, there is hope.
I met quite a few people with MS, and many of them reported such
recoveries.
So yes, there is hope.
I read a few books, I've been through many different web sites, and yes
again, there is hope.
And I do agree with (most of) the responses that were made here to your
post.
Now, if I may add my own responses :
Recovery from a flare takes weeks. Three weeks, ten weeks ... So, patience
is mandatory here.
It is probably not a problem that your sister is not on a neurology floor
right now. Now, an appointment with a neurologist will be a very good
thing to do in a close future (here again I'm talking weeks).
And yet again, the two drugs your sister will need but that can't be
written on a prescription nor bougth at a pharmacy : hope and patience.
