Some years ago, I volunteered to serve lunches at a senior citizens
center. I served coffee after the lunch but just before the dessert.
One very shy appearing, petite, white-haired lady had her cup ready
for a refill. She whispered that she only wanted a half refill. I
leaned down and asked, "The top half or the bottom half." She smiled,
her eyes twinkled, and she whispered, "No, the left half."
