Hi. Not voting is also their choice & they say that it is in protest of a
corrupt government. Since the so-called election of 2000 it's easy to think
that there is no point in voting. :-(

I'm with you Sylvia, I don't understand people who don't vote. I was born<snip> Yet some people say their vote doesn't count! I have talked to
in 1960, and thus turned 18 just in time to vote in the '78 election, and
I have voted in every election, federal and local, since then. I was
brought up to believe that voting was a responsibility, not just a
privilege. And I have the rude habit of interrupting people who are
complaining about politicians, etc. if they voted in the last election.
If they did not, I tell them to shut up. If you didn't put your 2 cents
at election time, I don't want to hear your 2 cents now. If you're not
participating, not trying to be part of the solution, then you're part of
the problem. And there's MY 2 cents :))))) Shelley

I just don't get it.
