Re: Living Foods Festival- Sedona, AZ, Oct. 12-14, 2007

i was just trying to be silly,,,

i have a few close friends who are 100% vegans, and i do taste their yummy
veggie dishes,,,

plus we debate the rights of plants and animals,,

sorry if i touched a nerve ,,, i debate with sillyness,,

i am an everythingasourus,,, i eat meat,, fish,, vegetables, fruits,,, why
aint vegans called Fruitans,,

IMO fruit is being left out of the equation,, and they demand their rights
to have their own eating group,, not just a minor offshoot of vegatable
eaters,, they want full 100% fruitans groups,, that only eat fruit, and not
vegetables and meat, or nuts,, or gelatinous things,,

you may think this is silly,,, but i ask,, why name the group Vegans after
vegetables,,, when they use fruit too,,???

my vegan buddies dont wear animal stuffs,, ,, course i reply in my arguement
to that,,,

did you drive here???? and did you use gasoline??? left over dead animal
rot , i can go on ,, with products they use that are still using animal
products , or destroying animal habitat,,,

healthy eaters is more like it

cheers

Bobby;

vegans are murdering living celled organisms, IMO thats no different
than
murdering cows to consume.

vegatables ''feel'' and think too- my venus flytraps know when a bug is
on
them,,, and they eat it,,,

so what about ''pain'' do plants feel pain?,, do they experience it in
another way only they do,,,

I don't know who told you plants feel pain, but plants do NOT have a
central nervous system, so it is impossible for plants to "feel"
anything. Your Venus Flytraps are not thinking or feeling any more
than a burglar alram is "thinking" when a thief opens a door and flips
an electronic switch. No feeling there, just a break in an electtric
circuit that sets off an alarm and/or calls the police. That's how
those plants worrk; the plants have a "hair trigger" that gets tripped
when a fly lands on it.

Sheesh, now you're sounding flakey. I caught this crap about eating
plants in high school. Give us vegetarians a break; we're not all
lunatics like Tommy.
