Multiple Sclerosis & Toluene

Hi all
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000. Prior to this I was an
artist and used a lot of acrylic sealer. I made enquiries with the
company that maufactured the product and was told it was safe to use
inside. There were no warnings on the can apart from the obligatory
"Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating & inhaling contents
can be harmful or fatal. There was no other labeling as to chemical
contents and use. So much for informed choice in Australia.
I used a lot of this sealer. Perhaps I inhaled too much and
inadvertently became a glue sniffer.
The product had Toluene > 60% & Methylene Chloride @ 10%.
I'm in denial about the MS. I believe the toluene and methylene
chloride interferred with my Central Nervous System giving MS type
symptoms. hard to prove & no one will listen. My nails have disappeared
and my skin is shedding and the pain is too much to bear most of the
time.
Is there anyone else out there who was an artist, used a lot of acrylic
sealer containing toluene etc and has been diagnosed with Multiple
Sclerosis, depression and/or severe dermatitis. Help I know I'm not mad
.
