i know i sleep about 7-8 a night and might sleep 4 more after kids go to school.
and i go to bed by 8 and though sleep only after 10 or so. I need to be up at
545 every school day for kids. I live for shipping my kid away to college. i
can set my own hours then!

I think I sleep around 12 hours a day.
I don't know how much of that I really need. Maybe some of it is just
boredom.
Just wondering how much other people sleep. I would like to cut down.
I'm not talking about the really bad days when you need to sleep all
day, just an average day.
