i REFUSE to offer any monetary charity donation EVER to ANY organization
untill there is not 1 child in Canada that has to go hungry,everyday.

help your own first before one dollar goes to any one anywhere on earth,,,

if we Humans can raise billions in just a few days for tsunami relief????

why is it that children in our own countries that are massively rich have to
suffer the same hunger pain as those poor african kids etc etc etc,,,

instead of showing how these organizations feed and drill wells for africans
,, how about show the kids right here suffering,, with nothing,, no homes,
no food,,, living in *** houses, low income dumps,

when children stop commin to BC schools without having any breakfast or
bringing a lunch ,, then it will be time to offer help to other nations,,,

untill our own *** dont stink,, we have work right here,,, in our own back
yards,,

i am sick of billions being sent to any country in the world by my
government ,, for their so called ''relief''???

clean up your own mess first before going to save the world,,, save your
own society,,

spend billions on drug rehab clinics,here, not on treating opium addicted
afghanni's or whatever,,, someother place,,,

spend billions on our hiv/aids victims,, not on africas,,, thats their own
countries job,, not ours,,,

help every single person in Canada before one penny of aid is sent
anywhere,,,

i see so much here it makes me sick, to hear of my gov spending so much to
assist other people ,, and other countries,,

and then look away here,, deny and cut back funds here,, close schools
here,, shut down ALL after school programs,,

close hosp[itals in the interior Bc due to cash??,, make them drive 5 hours
in an emergency,, take granny away from her husband of 50 years ,, close
the home care facility,, ,,

both the granny and her hubby died in one week, after they did that to
them,, murder,,,

its sick,, everyone cares for other people suffering in other countries,,
but wont even hand a suffering Beggar a Looney ,, they spit on them,.,,,

thats what makes me sick about our society,, uncaring shitheads,,, the
whole lot,,

they give their 30 bucks to help some african starving family buy a GOAT,,
but wont give up a looney/dollar for a street person downtown,,, they now
call p[olice and the starving street persona gets a ticket he cant pay,,,
for beggin for food,,,

when society right here corrects and cares for all of our people, then its
time to help others,,,

In Canada, do not apply for your old age pension.
Apply to be a refugee.

It is interesting that the federal government
provides a single refugee
with a monthly allowance of $1,890.00
and each can get
an additional $580.00 in social assistance
for a total of $2,470.00.

This compares very well to a single pensioner who,
after contributing to the growth
and development of Canada for 40 or 50 years,
can only receive a monthly maximum
of $1,012.00 in old age pension and Guaranteed
Income Supplement.

Maybe their pensioners should apply as refugees!


Nothing funny about that, CW. Infuriating, maybe, but not funny.

Precisely... although it's refugee *claimants* awaiting processing (not
those already determined) who are entitled to this support - and that's
because they're legally forbidden to seek employment until their status is
clear.

I have nothing against offering a strong helping hand to refugee claimants
while their fate is being determined, but doing so much for them *before*
doing the best we can for our own people is just plain unfair.
